Can I rearrange button positions?

Yes.

When creating or editing a WhatsApp template in MyOperator, you can easily reorder buttons using the built-in drag-and-drop interface in the template builder.



🔁 How to Rearrange Buttons


  1. Open the Buttons section of your template.
  2. Hover over the button you want to move.
  3. Click and drag the reorder icon (☰ or similar).
  4. Drop it into the desired position.
  5. Review the new order before submitting the template for approval.



⚠️ Important Notes


  • Reordering works only within the same button type group:
  • Quick Reply buttons can be reordered among themselves.
  • CTA (Call-to-Action) buttons such as Phone/URL can be reordered among themselves.
  • You cannot move a Quick Reply button below a CTA button or vice versa.
  • Final button order directly affects the user experience — it should reflect a logical sequence (e.g., Confirm → Reschedule → Cancel).



✅ Best Practices


  • Put the primary action first (e.g., “Confirm”).
  • Group similar responses together (e.g., all appointment-related quick replies).
  • Test the flow to ensure it feels intuitive to end users.






Tip : Keep your button labels short and action-oriented — this improves clarity and prevents truncation on smaller screens.
