How can I access the Campaign Feature in WhatsApp?

WhatsApp Campaigns via MyOperator


The Campaign feature in WhatsApp (via MyOperator) allows you to send bulk or targeted template-based messages to your customers directly from your MyOperator dashboard.



Prerequisites


Before you can access the Campaign feature, make sure the following conditions are met:


  • You have WhatsApp Business API (WABA) enabled via MyOperator

  • Your account role is Admin or has Marketing privileges
  • You are using a desktop browser (the Campaign feature is not available on mobile)



Quick Steps to Access Campaigns


  1. Log in to your MyOperator dashboard: https://myoperator.com/
  2. From the left-hand Manage menu, go to WhatsApp → Campaigns

  1. On the Campaigns page, click Create Campaign

  1. In the Campaign Setup screen:
  • Select your approved message template
  • Choose your audience
  • Upload contact list (CSV/Excel)
  • Configure schedule

  1. Click Send Now or Schedule to launch your campaign
