How can I access the Campaign Feature in WhatsApp?
WhatsApp Campaigns via MyOperator
The Campaign feature in WhatsApp (via MyOperator) allows you to send bulk or targeted template-based messages to your customers directly from your MyOperator dashboard.
Prerequisites
Before you can access the Campaign feature, make sure the following conditions are met:
- You have WhatsApp Business API (WABA) enabled via MyOperator
- Your account role is Admin or has Marketing privileges
- You are using a desktop browser (the Campaign feature is not available on mobile)
Quick Steps to Access Campaigns
- Log in to your MyOperator dashboard: https://myoperator.com/
- From the left-hand Manage menu, go to WhatsApp → Campaigns
- On the Campaigns page, click Create Campaign
- In the Campaign Setup screen:
- Select your approved message template
- Choose your audience
- Upload contact list (CSV/Excel)
- Configure schedule
- Click Send Now or Schedule to launch your campaign
