How can I preview the template before submitting?

When creating a WhatsApp message template in MyOperator, you can view a real-time preview on the right-hand side of the template builder. This ensures you see exactly how your template will look in WhatsApp before it’s submitted to Meta for approval.


Info : The preview is available only during template creation, not after submission.



1️⃣ Where to Find the Preview


  • 📍 Location: Right-hand panel of the Template Creation screen
  • 🔄 Live updates: The preview refreshes instantly as you:
  • Add or edit Header, Body, Footer
  • Rearrange or rename buttons
  • Input sample values for variables (e.g., {{1}})



2️⃣ What the Preview Shows


  • ✅ Full message layout, including:
  • Text formatting (bold, italic, emojis)
  • Header media (image, video, or document)
  • Button placement and labels
  • ✅ Variables displayed with your sample values for realistic context



3️⃣ Best Practices


  • ✍️ Use realistic placeholder values. Example: Replace {{1}} with “Priya” or “Order #12345”
  • 🔍 Double-check that:
  • Text fits naturally and isn’t cut off
  • Buttons are labeled correctly and ordered properly
  • Media renders clearly on both desktop and mobile
  • 🛑 Make adjustments before submission to avoid Meta rejections






Tip : Test your preview with different sample values (short names vs. long names, short vs. long links) to ensure formatting stays consistent across all scenarios.
