How do I create a new tag in MyOperator?

Go to Manage → Tags → Add New Tag, type the tag name, and click Save.


You can then assign the tag to calls, contacts, or reports.

3. Create a tag from a user profile


  1. Open Contacts → Search and select a contact.
  2. In the profile’s Tags section, click + Add Tag.
  3. Type a new name and press Enter — the tag is created and assigned in one step.

  • Segmenting campaign lists for targeted outreach.
  • Flagging calls or contacts that need follow-up actions.
