How do I export a complete list of users from MyOperator?
Quick answer
Use Reports → Export → Users to download a CSV of all users in your account. You can filter by role, department, or date added before exporting.
Prerequisites
- You’re signed in to MyOperator with a role that has Reports/Export access (often Admin or equivalent). If you don’t see Reports or Export, contact an account admin to grant access.
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Optional: Know which attributes you want to filter by (e.g., Department, Role, Date added).
Steps to export the user list
Option A: From the Reports section
- Log in to your MyOperator panel: myoperator.com
- In the left navigation, click Reports.
- Click Export.
- In Data type, choose Users.
- (Optional) Apply filters to refine the list (e.g., Department, Role, Date added).
- Click Export. Your CSV file begins downloading to your device.
Open the CSV with Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
Caption: Access Users by going to Reports and then Export.
Option B — Export from Users (alternate path)
- Go to Manage → Users.
- Click Print above to get the list of Users as a PDF.
What you’ll get (CSV details)
- File format: CSV (comma-separated), UTF-8 encoding.
- Typical columns (may vary by account settings):
Name,Email,Phone,Role,Department,Status,Date added. - Sample header row:
name,email,phone,role,department,status,date_added
Troubleshooting
- Can’t see Reports/Export → You likely lack permissions. Ask an Admin to grant Reports/Export access.
- Export is greyed out → No users match the current filters, or you lack access. Clear filters or request access.
- File didn’t download → Disable pop-up blockers, retry, or try another browser; confirm your network allows downloads.
- Very large accounts → Exports can be big. Use narrower date/department filters, then export multiple smaller files.
- CSV looks empty/incorrect → Open in a spreadsheet via File → Import and set delimiter to comma; check that the correct sheet/tab opened.
