How do I export filtered call logs from MyOperator?

Tip

Go to Reports → Export → Logs, apply your date and other filters, enter your email, and click Send. You’ll receive a CSV/Excel file containing only the matching records.


When should I use this guide?

Use it when you need an offline spreadsheet of specific calls—e.g., last month’s missed inbound calls for the Support team.

3. Step-by-step export

  1. Log in to MyOperator Web Panel → Reports → Export.

  1. Click Logs.

  1. Fill Start date and End date (mandatory).
  2. Optional: add any other filters from the matrix.
  3. Click Export.

  1. Enter the email address for delivery, then click Send.




4. What happens next

  • Banner: “Export queued – we’ll email you when ready.”
  • Email subject: “Logs Export (2025-07-01 → 2025-07-31)”.
  • Attachment or link: CSV/Excel file; password-protected if your policy requires it.



5. Success checklist

  • ✓ Email received within 15 min for ≤ 5K rows (up to 24h for large jobs).
  • ✓ File opens in Excel/Sheets with expected date range and filters.



6. Edge cases & limits

  • Jobs > 5,000 rows can take up to 48h.
  • Max date range per export: 6 months.
  • You can use the after-call webhook if you need to gather data for more than 6 months at a time.
  • Mobile exports not supported.



7. When export does NOT work

  1. You’re on a plan without Reports → Export.
  2. You left the Start / End date blank.
  3. Email blocked by your IT spam filter.
