How do I export filtered call logs from MyOperator?
Quick answer: Go to Reports → Export → Logs, apply your date and other filters, enter your email, and click Send. You’ll receive a CSV/Excel file containing only the matching records.

3. Step-by-step export
- Log in to MyOperator Web Panel → Reports → Export.
- Click Logs.
- Fill Start date and End date (mandatory).
- Optional: add any other filters from the matrix.
- Click Export.
- Enter the email address for delivery → Send.
- When the email arrives, click Download to save the
.csv.
Expected result: a CSV file downloads to your device.

5. Success checklist
- Email received in < 15 min for < 5 K rows (up to 24 h for large jobs).
- File opens in Excel/Sheets with expected date range and filters.
6. Edge cases & limits
- Jobs > 5,000 rows can take up to 48 h.
- Max date range per export: 6 months.
- You can use the after-call webhook if the customer requires data for more than 6 months at a time.
- Mobile exports not supported.
- Only active accounts support call logs export; inactive accounts can't export the data.
7. When export does NOT work
- You’re on a plan without Reports → Export.
- You left the Start / End date blank.
- Email blocked by your IT spam filter.
