How can I filter MyOperator reports by group now that the “Manage Groups” button is gone?

⚡ Quick answer — The old Manage Groups button has been retired. Instead, open Reports → use the Grouping filter (Group-wise, Department-wise, User-wise) plus Time-frame & Call-type chips. All widgets instantly rebuild to show only the selected group—no manual group creation required.

  • Grouping → select Group-wise.
  • Optional: choose a specific group in the dropdown that appears.

Navigate to "All Company Data" /departments if you have multiple groups

  3. Select Time frame and Grouping → Group-wise (or Department/User).

  • Monthly option only appears for ranges ≥ 30 days.
  • Mobile widgets show Mobile Source only after the same account signs in on the app.
  • Large date ranges may load slowly—narrow if charts take > 5 s.
