How do I request deletion of my Heyo App account and all associated data?

Heyo users can delete their account in one of two ways:


  1. In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm.
  2. Email: send a deletion request to support@myoperator.com


When should I use this guide?


Follow these steps whenever you want your Heyo account and related data permanently removed from the system.



1. Prerequisites


  • You must have the Heyo mobile application installed and be able to log in, or
  • Access to the email account registered with Heyo to contact support.



2. Delete your account in the Heyo app


  1. Open the Heyo mobile application.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Pick your reason to delete.
  5. Confirm your request when prompted.

3. Request deletion by email


If you prefer or cannot access the app, email support@myoperator.com with the subject - "Heyo App – Account Deletion Request."


Include:


  • Your registered phone number or email address
  • A brief statement requesting permanent deletion of your Heyo account.



4. What data gets deleted?


  • Your Heyo profile information will be permanently removed.
  • Call logs and chats configuration will be deleted.
  • Associated account data will be removed from active systems.



5. Data retention notice


Data Retention: Once data is deleted, we can retain it (as per current policy).



6. Expected result & confirmation


After you confirm in-app or your email request is processed, Heyo will remove the data detailed above.


You will no longer be able to log in with the deleted account.
