How do I start the WhatsApp onboarding process?

To use the WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) with MyOperator, you must complete a one-time onboarding process via Facebook Business Manager (FBM). This connects your business, verifies your number, and authorizes MyOperator as your partner.

  1. Log in to Facebook Business Manager


  • Go to business.facebook.com.
  • Checklist: Confirm your business details (name, website, tax ID) are accurate.


  1. Create or connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)


  • Path: FBM → Business Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts.
  • Choose Create Account or select an existing WABA.
  • Checklist: You’ll see your WABA listed in the Accounts panel.


  1. Add and verify your phone number


  • Path: WhatsApp Accounts → Phone Numbers → Add Number.
