Info : Outbound calling to DND-registered numbers is usually activated within 2 working days after your documents are approved by MyOperator’s compliance team.



What You Need to Do


1. Submit Required Documents


  • For Individuals / Proprietorship Owners:
  • Workflow description (call triggers, timestamps, campaign rules)
  • Sample opt-in form (with dummy data: name, phone, consent)
  • Backend consent log screenshot (showing timestamps and storage location)
  • For Public Sector / LLP Entities:
  • Corporate declaration form including:
    • Organization details
    • Spam-check assurance
    • Confirmation of consent compliance



2. Compliance Review


  • MyOperator’s compliance team reviews your submitted documents.
  • Review is normally completed in ≤ 2 working days.



3. Activation Timeline


  • Once approved, outbound calling to DND numbers is enabled within 2 working days.
