1. Overview of the page


The Campaign Listing Page is the control centre for all your WhatsApp campaigns:


  • Name of the Campaign
  • Created at
  • Scheduled at
  • Created by
  • Total Audience
  • Count of Delivered
  • Current Status
  • Action


Each row represents one campaign. Each column represents a metric, status, or action you can take.


You can export campaign history data max. up to 6 months.

Scheduled

The campaign is queued to be sent at a future time.

You can cancel up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

In Progress

Messages are currently being sent.

Campaign is locked for editing; cancellation is no longer possible.

Completed

At least one message was successfully sent.

Some messages may have failed—this does not mean 100% delivery.

Failed

No messages were sent due to an error.

Could be caused by zero valid recipients, an expired template, or insufficient credits.

Cancelled

Campaign was manually cancelled before execution.

Only possible if done ≥ 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Schedule date & time

Campaign is pre-scheduled to launch in future date.

Maximum duration of pre-schedule campaign can be 1 month.

From the Campaign Listing Page, you can perform quick actions without opening the full report:

  • Update the latest Sent / Delivered / Failed numbers for ongoing campaigns.

5. When the listing alone is not enough


The Campaign Listing Page gives you summary-level visibility, but there are cases where you must drill down:


  • Message-level errors (e.g., invalid numbers, opt-outs)
  • Not shown at the listing level.
  • Open the Full Report to see the exact reasons.
  • Real-time delivery lag
  • For large campaigns, metrics may be a few minutes behind.
  • Always click Refresh before concluding.
  • Content changes
  • You cannot edit the campaign message from here.
  • Re-upload the file if you need to change the audience.
  • Create a new template and get it approved if you need to change the content.
