# What information and quick actions are available on the WhatsApp Campaign Listing page?

|| Info
Quick answer: The Campaign Listing Page displays high-level performance metrics (Sent %, Delivered %, Failed %), powerful filters (Date Range, Status, and WhatsApp Number), and one-click actions (refresh, download report, open full report, and delete drafts/failed).
Use it as your dashboard for quick health checks and triage before opening individual campaign reports.

## When should I use this guide?

Use this guide whenever you need a fast health overview of multiple WhatsApp campaigns or want to filter, export, or troubleshoot without opening each campaign one by one.

## 1. Overview of the page

The Campaign Listing Page is the control centre for all your WhatsApp campaigns:

* Name of the Campaign
* Created at
* Scheduled at
* Created by
* Total Audience
* Count of Delivered
* Current Status
* Action

Each row represents one campaign. Each column represents a metric, status, or action you can take.

You can export campaign history data max. up to 6 months.

### Campaign status reference

| Status | Definition | Edge cases / Notes |
| ---- |
| Scheduled | The campaign is queued to be sent at a future time. | You can cancel up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time. |
| In Progress | Messages are currently being sent. | Campaign is locked for editing; cancellation is no longer possible. |
| Completed | At least one message was successfully sent. | Some messages may have failed—this does not mean 100% delivery. |
| Failed | No messages were sent due to an error. | Could be caused by zero valid recipients, an expired template, or insufficient credits. |
| Cancelled | Campaign was manually cancelled before execution. | Only possible if done ≥ 5 minutes before the scheduled time. |
| Schedule date & time | Campaign is pre-scheduled to launch in future date. | Maximum duration of pre-schedule campaign can be 1 month. |

---

## 2. Filters you can apply

| Filter | What it does | Example use |
| ---- |
| Date Range | Shows campaigns sent/scheduled in a specific period | "See all promos from July 2025" |
| Status | Segments by Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Failed | "Show only failed campaigns" |
| WhatsApp Number | Filters by sender ID/phone number | "View campaigns sent from +91 9876543210" |

| Tip
Combine Date Range + Status to isolate the exact batch you want to analyse (e.g., "Failed campaigns this week").

---

## 3. Metrics displayed in each row

| Metric | Description | Pro tip |
| ---- |
| Campaign Name | Name or identifier of the campaign | Use clear names like `Diwali_Promo_Batch1`. |
| Created By | The user who created/launched the campaign | Helps track ownership and accountability. |
| Send Date/Time | When the campaign was / will be sent | Always double-check the time zone. |
| Total Contacts | Number of contacts in the audience | Verify against your original target list. |
| Sent (%) | Percentage of messages successfully sent from the system | Remember: Sent is not the same as Delivered. |
| Delivered (%) | Percentage of messages that reached users’ devices | Your primary delivery/reach indicator. |
| Failed (%) | Percentage of messages that failed | Open the full report to see the exact error reasons. |
| Campaign Status | Current state (Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Failed) | Use the Status filter to focus on problem campaigns. |

## 4. Actions available from the listing

From the Campaign Listing Page, you can perform quick actions without opening the full report:

1. Refresh
* Update the latest Sent / Delivered / Failed numbers for ongoing campaigns.

2. Download report (CSV/Excel)
* Export campaign-level or message-level data for:
    * Internal audits
    * Performance analysis
    * Billing and reconciliations

3. Path to download CSV
* Click the three-dot (⋮) menu beside a campaign → Download report (CSV).

4. View full report
* Open detailed analytics for a single campaign:
    * Message-level status
    * Error codes
    * Recipient-level information

5. Delete drafts / failed campaigns
* Clean up old or irrelevant campaigns (depending on your user permissions).

---

## 5. When the listing alone is not enough

The Campaign Listing Page gives you summary-level visibility, but there are cases where you must drill down:

* Message-level errors (e.g., invalid numbers, opt-outs)
* Not shown at the listing level.
* Open the Full Report to see the exact reasons.
* Real-time delivery lag
* For large campaigns, metrics may be a few minutes behind.
* Always click Refresh before concluding.
* Content changes
* You cannot edit the campaign message from here.
* Re-upload the file if you need to change the audience.
* Create a new template and get it approved if you need to change the content.

---

## 6. Best-practice checklist

* Review the Campaign Listing Page daily to catch delivery failures early.
* Always compare the Delivered percentage vs. the Sent % to understand the true reach.
* Refresh In Progress campaigns every 15–30 minutes during large sends.
* Use descriptive campaign names with date/batch info (e.g., `Aug2025_Renewals_Batch2`).
* Export and store reports weekly for billing, audits, and ROI analysis.
* Restrict deletion rights (Drafts / Failed campaigns) to admins or managers.
