Launching a WhatsApp campaign in MyOperator requires meeting two essential conditions. If either is missing, the campaign will not start.

At least one WhatsApp-approved template must be selected. Draft or pending templates cannot be used.

Sufficient credit balance

Your account credits must cover the entire audience size. Campaigns will fail if credits are insufficient.



Why These Matter


  • Template approval: Ensures compliance with WhatsApp’s policies and prevents rejections.
  • Credits: Pay per message delivered. Each recipient consumes at least 1 credit (more if media is attached).

  • Audience: 2,000 contacts
