What languages are supported for WhatsApp templates?

MyOperator supports the following three English language variants for template creation:


  • English (default)
  • English (US)
  • English (UK)


Each template must be submitted in one language only.



Can I Use Other Languages?


Officially, only English variants are supported in the MyOperator Panel.


However, Meta's backend may accept templates in additional languages (like Hindi, Tamil, etc.) if:


  • The text is properly formatted
  • The template complies with category and policy rules


Warning MyOperator currently supports template creation only in English within the panel. Non-English templates may be accepted by Meta but are not supported in MyOperator.




Best Practice


  • For now, submit templates in one of the three supported English types
  • If you must create a template in another language (e.g., Hindi):
  • Use the English UI option
  • Write the message body in the target script (e.g., Hindi)
  • Test carefully, as approvals may vary
